Windows Server has various security features enabled by default, which can sometimes result in downloaded files being locked. For instance, if you download an installation file from an unfamiliar source and it fails to open or execute, it may be locked by the system. To unlock the file:
- Right-click on the file that isn't opening.
- Select Properties from the menu.
- Go to the General tab.
- At the bottom, you'll find an option labeled Unblock.
- Check the Unblock box and apply the changes.
After this, the file should open, and you can proceed with installation or use.
